That same year she published her second novel, "The Little Mermaid," which was also selected as a finalist for the prestigious Premio Strega. She has since completed two more novels, "The Shadow" and "The Dreamer," one of which was selected by the foreign agents of both Germany and France to be translated into German and French respectively. Other novels include ""This Too Shall Pass"" and ""The Fortunate Fall."
